About U.S. Orders:

Shipment of Oral Tablets:

  • Oral Tablet orders within the U.S. ship within 7-15 days, orders are shipped within 3 days of placing the order, order processing fee of $3.50 will be incurred immediately after the order is placed on a business day, and the standard shipping fee is $54.
  • If you return an order after it has been shipped it will be deducted from the shipping fee of $54 and the order processing fee of $3.50, so please be sure to contact our customer service specialists at vhdbcgrvshv@gmail.com after placing your order.

 

Shipment of Vials:

  • Free standard shipping is available on all US orders over $144.Delivery is within 1-2 days from our US warehouse to major cities within the US, and 3-5 days to smaller cities and rural areas.
  • Carrier logistics company:
    Shipping service by FedEx or USPS, please contact customer service after placing an order to select the logistics company you want to specify.

 

About Japan Orders:

    • Free standard shipping is available on Japan(Except for Hokkaido, Okinawa and remote island areas) orders over $180.
    • Free(No Transit Fee) standard shipping is available on Japan(Hokkaido, Okinawa and remote island areas only) orders over $275.
    • Transit fee incurred during delivery is to be paid by the buyer,before placing an order for Hokkaido, Okinawa and remote island areas, please contact our customer specialist at vhdbcgrvshv@gmail.com and we will inform you of the exact transit fee.
    • Shipping service by Sagawa Express:
    1. Chugoku area, Shikoku area, Kansai area, Kanto area (except Ibaraki               and Tochigi prefectures) 1 to 2 working days.
    2. Kanto area (Ibaraki and Tochigi prefectures only), Kyushu area,Tohoku area: 2 to 3 days.
    3. Hokkaido area, Okinawa area, and remote island areas: 3 to 4 days

    About Europe Orders:

    • Free standard shipping is available on all Europe orders over $245.Delivery is within 1-2 days from our Germany warehouse to Neighboring countries of Germany, and 5-7 days to Remote countries.

    About Asia, Africa and Oceania orders:
